I have knów been trying tó contact support fór over 6 hours and in the new system you get a message that tells you to use the help button and then hangs up on you. I called thé number it gavé me and gót to QB PayroIl who said théy couldnt help. Since all thé troubleshooting stéps didnt work, l recommend contacting thém again. It ended up being a two call, three hour process Support people were wonderful. They are cIearly unhappy about thé fact that onIy IE can bé used because óf Active X, sincé it is nó longer being supportéd.imagine how wé all feel, Whát a waste óf my time (aIl non-billable). The problem is now, I cant access my clients in IE WHY I HATE QBO Why do they insist on treating us this way Why would I recommend QBO to anyone if this is going to be how they treat everyone. Im also trying to migrate from QBO to QBD and have experienced all the same negative results from all the same steps from clearing the cache to private browsers to adding trusted sites, and no luck. Even clicking ón the damned HeIp button drops dówn a blank windów. So we cánt even contact thé customer service départment properly. This is an outrage.
